Diet plans are essential for leading a fit and healthy life. There are various wonder diets publicized in the media such as the Atkins Diet, the Macrobiotic Diet, and the South Beach Diet, just to name a few. And while each of these may be healthy weight loss diet plan for the most part, in order to be able to stick with it day after day, you must find a diet that fits your tastes and lifestyle.



But which diet plan is best for you?

It’s important to realize that the ideal diet for one person may be quite different than that for another person. There are many factors to consider such as age and current health. Therefore, only you can be the final judge of what is best for you based on knowing the facts on nutrition as well as being in-tune with your body.

The diet of many people is just that, a “die”-et; a sure recipe leading to disease, stress and death. But when we become sensitive to our body’s needs based on the laws of nature, it leads us to balance in all areas of our lives, including our diets.

Here are some general guidelines for choosing a dietary regimen that suits you:

Increase your intake of “high vibration” foods while decreasing the “low vibration” foods. High vibration foods include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, pure water, nuts, seeds and fresh pressed juices. Low vibration foods include meat, fried foods, sweets, soda and processed foods.

Gradually replace the low vibration, mucus forming foods with healthy choices. As our health improves, we naturally become in balance and cravings for the low end foods disappear because what we eat relates to our state of mind. For example, if you desire lots of dairy foods, you are in need of nurturing, if you desire meat, you are feeling overly aggressive, fried foods are for people feeling angry or bitter, and overeating starchy foods corresponds to feelings of unfulfillment.

So what are the Best Diet Plans? The food we eat is either our poison or our medicine. It’s true that “We are what we eat”, so it only makes sense that weight loss diet plans that consist mostly of high vibration foods will help to move your life to a higher level!
