Many Medifast enthusiasts are in love with the Magic Bullet blender, but the Rocket blender is substantially cheaper and you can easily find one at your local Target or Wal-Mart. I’ve had no trouble with mine and I use it at least twice per day.

Most of these recipes are ultra-simple, but people have even figured out ways to turn shakes into cakes. It’s amazing what you can accomplish with some baking powder and eggs.
