And while you are certain to drop weight quickly living on fluids alone, this is far from the best or healthiest way to do it.

A simple step by step weight loss plan should not interfere with the functioning of your body, rather it’s supposed to speed up processes such as burning of fat and calories.

Low targets will slow you down and it might take you forever before you achieve a meaningful weight loss. Doctors and health experts advise that you take your time, eat your food slowly and remember to always have daily diet plans prepared in advance to avoid temptation.
